Our show on November 5th was a success! The first sneak peek of our new routines that we will be performing in China at the FINA World Trophy competition is under our belts! After the show, we returned to practice the folllowing Monday to analyse our routines and set new goals for further improvement. It has been confirmed that we will have another show on November 26th at 11:00am at the Olympic Park Stadium in Montreal. This will be our final performance before we pack our bags for Beijing, China and head to the airport on Decmeber 2nd. Time is flying by as we have just under 3 weeks left to perfect our routines and prepare for the competition.

Our First Sneek Peek!
As we come closer to our departure date for China (exacly one month from today), it is important to remain focused on our primary goal: GOLD. With this in mind, the next 4 weeks will be all about perfection and performance. Now that our routine choreography is complete, it is time to build up our endurance in order to swim to the best of our abilities! This coming Saturday (November 6th), our team along with Team Quebec and a smaller Quebec synchro club will put on a show at "Le Centre Aquatique" in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec. It will be just over an hour consisting of each group performing their routines to welcome the creation of this new aquatic centre! This will be our teams first opportunity to demonstrate our new and improved routines.
For further opportunities - we are hoping to host another watershow on November 26th at our home training centre in Montreal. I will share further information about this event once more detail is provided.
Whistle, music, action!!
