This past Saturday, the girls from the KW synchro HP team came to train with our national team at the centre of excellence. During the duration of training, we practiced executing landrills of our routines, basic figure positions, figure transitions in partners (kw swimmer with a NT member), followed by basic highlight techniques. The girls represented KW synchro respectively with their hard work and dedication!
After training the girls went on a tour of the Olympic Stadium (I hope you all enjoyed it!), followed by a wonderful celebratory dinner at Les Cage Aux Sports! The national team enjoyed working with the HP team and were really pleased with their abilities. We hope to have you back sometime in the future!
