This weekend our team has both Saturday and Sunday off to recover from a tough 3 weeks of training. Fortunately, I will be driving back to Toronto for the weekend and will get a chance to spend some time at the pool to help out and cheer on KW's swimmers as they compete in the Ontario Age Group Championships! Lets go KW!
The countdown has started... Only 1 week to go before our team leaves for our training camp and competition! We will be training in France from May 26th - June 5th where we will then take the train to Savona, Italy. Official training for the compeition commences on June 6th, the competition begins on June 9th until June12th. After the competition our team has a couple weeks off of training. My mom (Lori) and me will be staying in Italy for an extra week to do some touring and enjoy a nice sweet and short vacation!
